We help you define your project scope so we can estimate its cost. Our first goal is to match your requirements with your budget. We initially focus on the concepts, so that you can make the big decisions first at a modest cost.

First steps first. We provide ‘to scale’ sketches with our budget estimate to help you decide what is affordable. Once the high-level decisions are made and you have approved the concepts, only then do we apply a more detailed approach.

This involves detailed drawings specifications, engineering design, detailed estimating, certification, any required council approval and scheduling progressive independent inspections of the work as stages are completed.

Godford Builders rebuilt the downstairs of our property after flooding, included significant civil works, waterproofing, structural steel installation to support the upper floor, post removal and wall replacement. Wayde made what was a highly stressful situation for us, run smoothly and calmly. The end result was outstanding.
